Pricing questions
Is the software really free?
Yes. Every module — bookings, POS, tables, kitchen, inventory, staff, scheduling, reports, accounting and the rest — with unlimited staff accounts, on as many devices as you like, for $0. No card at signup. The only thing you buy is AI credits, and only if you use the AI.
What are credits?
The unit the AI spends: a call minute is 133 credits, a minute of a call passed on to a person 30, an assistant answer 20, an email draft 10, learning from a reply you edited 10, an action in a connected app 40. Every business starts with 2,000 that never expire; Pro adds a monthly allowance from 20,000 ($49) to 1,000,000 ($2,499) — the same price per credit on every plan, half of what a pack costs. Unused credits carry over, up to one month’s allowance.
What happens at zero?
The AI pauses — calls, drafts and answers — and everything else keeps working. Top up with a pack (from $10 for 2,000 credits, they never expire) or wait for the month to reset. Never an overage bill.
Why is the phone line Pro-only?
A phone number costs money every month whether it rings or not, and a minute of an AI answering a call is the most expensive thing we sell. Pro carries both. The email receptionist and the assistant work on Free with your credits.
Is it per employee or per location?
Neither. Staff accounts are unlimited and free. Credits are per business and shared by everyone in it; a second location is a second business, also free.
I was on a per-module plan. What changes?
Your modules are now free — nothing you turned on is billed for any more. Your old subscription keeps billing until you switch, and switching is one button: Manage business → Plan & billing → Switch to Pro, then pick an allowance. The old plan is cancelled the moment the new one exists, and the unused part of its month comes back as credit on your next invoice. Until you switch, your AI allowance follows the rule it always did — 6,000 credits a month with the AI Assistant alone.
