Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms govern your use of Structa, an operating system for service businesses provided by Structa Technologies Inc. (“Structa”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Structa is currently offered as an early-stage (beta) product.

1. The service

Structa is a modular, subscription-based web application that lets a business enable the modules it needs (bookings, clients, payments, staff, and others) and give each employee a workspace built from those modules. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. Your account & responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it.
  • The person who creates a business is its owner and controls its settings, modules, employees, and billing. The owner is responsible for the accounts they create for their team.
  • Keep your password secure and don’t share it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the service for a lawful business.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Structa for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive;
  • attempt to access other businesses’ data, probe, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
  • resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the service without our permission;
  • upload content or data you don’t have the right to use.

4. Payment & subscription

Paid plans are a flat monthly subscription per business, billed through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. A trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled. For billing questions, email billing@structainc.com.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Owner settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; we don’t provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods in this version. If a subscription lapses or is canceled, access to the workspace may be paused until it is restored.

6. Your data

The business data you enter is yours. You grant Structa the license needed to host and process it in order to provide the service. On request we provide a full export of your business’s data within two business days, free of charge — including after cancellation. After a subscription ends we retain the business’s data for at least 60 days so it can be exported or the subscription restored, before any deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details on the processors we use.

7. Beta & availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” As an early-stage product it may have bugs, change, or be temporarily unavailable; we don’t guarantee a specific uptime and may modify or discontinue features. If we ever discontinue the service itself, we will give at least 60 days’ notice by email and keep exports available through that period. Keep your own copies of critical information where appropriate.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Structa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
