No. Automated marketplace mail files into a Marketplaces folder — stored and visible, never auto-answered. Real buyer questions relayed from those platforms still get a draft, because those are real people.
Can it invent an answer it doesn’t know?
No, by design. Prices, stock, hours and policies come only from the facts you give it; if it doesn’t know, it says the team will follow up and files a task. It can explain general product knowledge, but never as a promise about your specific stock.
